Kathy Maruyama

Born Katherine Morioka Maruyama in October 1959, Kathy Maruyama, also known as Kathy Maruyama, has been Vic Fangio’s girlfriend for nearly 15 years.

Before Kathy came into his life, he was married to Anne, the mother of his children.

She earned a doctorate in optometry from the University of California, Berkeley (1980-85). Before college, Kathy was on the volleyball team at Woodlake High School, crowned the 1977- Varsity Volleyball- Undefeated CSL Championships.

Since 2002, Kathy Maruyama has served on the board of directors at i-Hire. She has also owned her own practice, City Optometry, in San Mateo, California, since its establishment in 1987.
