Tia Jones, born on September 8, 2000, is an American track and field athlete specializing in hurdles and sprints. She was recognized as USA Track & Field’s Athlete of the Week after her performance at the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships on July 28, 2013, where she won the 100m and 200m hurdles for the 13-14 age group, setting national and Junior Olympic records in both events.

In 2016, Jones won the 100-meter hurdles at the USA Junior Championships with a time of 12.84 seconds, matching the world junior record set by Aliuska López in 1987 and setting a record for 15-year-old athletes.

On April 25, 2024, the Kansas City Chiefs selected Xavier Worthy in the first round (28th overall) in the 2024 NFL draft. He signed with the Chiefs on June 5, 2025.
Worthy debuted with Kansas against the Baltimore Ravens in Week One on September 5, 2024, and scored his first touchdown that same night.
