All mothers are proud of their beloved children, and Emily London–Jones who is the momma of the NFL wide receiver with the Baltimore Ravens Jacoby Jones who is currently dancing with pro ballroom dancer Karina Smirnoff on the 16th season of Dancing With The Stars.
You couldn’t miss Jacoby’s mom Emily Jones in jumping up and down when Jacoby’s Prom Night dance on the third week at DWTS. Let us tell you a few things about Mrs. London Jones!
56-year-old Emily London Jones was born on August 16th, 1956. She and Jacoby’s father got divorce when he was 18 months and never saw him again, so Emily, her mother raised young Jacoby.
Emily has been director of financial aid at Xavier University of Louisiana for 12 years, Xavier University her alma mater where she got her bachelor’s and master’s degree from.
You probably noticed Jacoby has lots of tats all over his chest, well Emily recently got inked this year as well, this proud momma has been running besides her boy ever since he took his first steps, Emily ran next to her son when he ran in the track at school and continues to do it in the NFL , she sure is dancing with him at DWTS.
“As soon as they shot the gun, she would take off and get as close as possible to Jacoby,” said Allen Woods, Jones’ former track coach and assistant principal at Murray Abrahamson High School in New Orleans. “She would run next to him, screaming, ‘That’s my baby! Go, Jacoby go!’ She was pretty quick, so she used to stay up there with him.”
